First Open Streets in Jamaica Plain
The streets were packed with lively activity for Open Streets on Sunday, July 10. JP Centre/South Main Streets used the time to celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary of George’s Shoes at 669 Centre St. Our city councilors and Mayor were on hand to share in the celebration! There was also plenty of mention on the news!

Many thanks to New England Jazz Connections for coordinating the musicians, and for using each concert as an opportunity to raise funds for the JP Roxbury Mutual Aid. We would also like to thank the Boston Main Streets Foundation for their generous grant to fund the musicians.
