Our organization offers a wealth of services to keep the economic corridor of Centre and South Streets thriving in Jamaica Plain. We can help you navigate the lifecycle of your business, from starting your own business, sustaining, growing bigger, and if need be, retiring. We also act as a resource for services that the City of Boston offers to businesses.
Within the Jamaica Plain community, we work with the city to facilitate:
- Grants for storefront improvements;
- Design assistance for signage and storefronts;
- Consultants for small businesses such as retail visioning and industry assistance;
- Permitting and licensing assistance;
- Assistance with finding a commercial space within our district;
- Finding resources for legal concerns, such as commercial leases;
- Holiday decorations and events for the district.
