Our Economic Vitality Committee invited the leadership team from the new Chase Bank opening on Centre St to our meeting last night…and they showed up!!
We ended up having an hour-long conversation that was open and honest about their plans and our concerns. We agreed it was just the beginning of a productive dialogue and a community partnership. Their doors are opening in early December – it’s a done deal and there’s no way around it. But our Committee will now create specific commitments for them to consider in order to maintain a good standing in JP.
