The weather was just perfect for a holiday stroll in JP Centre/South, and it was a perfect night to enjoy music and the JP Holiday Light Show. Many thanks to the families, friends, and SHOPPERS who came out to enjoy the treats and deals along Centre and South Street.
JP Centre/South Main Streets hosted musical performances in front of the JP Holiday Light Show at the First Baptist Church, 633 Centre Street. A quintet from the Boston Symphony Orchestra played, followed by SingPositive, an intergenerational choir in JP, and then JP Honk rounded out the evening while parading Centre St with some holiday classics. We also handed out cocoa and cookies at the church. We wish to recognize the artists at Artists for Humanity who created the light show for us this year!
The show continues to play each night from 5:00-9:00 PM, on the steeple of First Baptist Church, until Saturday, January 7, 2023. Be sure to stop by and see it!
