The Orange Line RUNS!
Thank you to all those who came out for the 16th Annual Canine Costume Parade. We had 62 entrants and raised the most money ever! All proceeds benefit the City of Boston’s Animal Shelter in Roslindale, via gift cards purchased at local pet businesses. This ensures that the funds raised benefit the animals directly, and also support our local businesses.
Growler Gala Fun!
Thank you to all who came out for our Growler Gala Fundraiser on October 17 at the Loring Greenough House! It was totally tubular and awesomely radical, as we donned our best 80s gear for Stranger Brew.
Thank you Ellen + Janis Real Estate Team!
A big THANK YOU to Ellen + Janis Real Estate for sponsoring our Screen on the Green on Aug 1 at the Curley School. We were so excited to see the goodies they brought to the festivities! We’re also very excited to have them on board as sponsors for our CANINE COSTUME PARADE! Look for them and us in October!
Mayor on Main
Congratulations to our Business of the Year, Little Dipper, and our Volunteer of the Year, Melvin Tutiven! JP Centre/South is very grateful for your contributions to our district. As Mayor Walsh said in his comments, our communities can’t run without the involvement of our businesses and volunteers!
